Fit & Sit is a professional pet fitness service that also includes pet and home sitting services for your convenience. Not only do we offer your standard pet and home-sitting services while you're away (whether it be at work during the day or on vacation), but we provide fantastic fitness opportunities for your pets. We watch your pets while you are away from home, and we exercise them to their fullest potential.

Veterinarians agree that regular activity and play for your pet(s) is one of the most important things you can do for them. Your pets are lucky enough to have a parent like you who understands that they'd rather stay in the comfort of their own home while you're gone, and they also love that you care about their fitness level!

Outdoor fitness activities include fast-paced walking, jogging, running, and/or rollerblading (for those really fast pups!) We base your pet's program on his or her personal level of fitness and progress at a pace that works for them. Some great benefits of physical daily exercise include:

4. We make sure to exercise your pets to their fullest potential so they are calm and balanced when you arrive home. They are always closely monitored and hydrated adequately during exercise. We will also communicate with your veterinarian to ensure that exercise is in your pet's best interest
5. If your pet cannot walk or jog outside, we will play with them to their heart's content inside your home. Playing is simply another form of pet fitness
6. We understand that exercising your pet's mind is as important as exercising their body. Examples of this would be practicing commands with your pet or playing "hide and seek"
7. Your pet(s) will not be bored the entire time we spend with them. Our focus the entire time we are with your pet(s), is your PET(S)!
8. We are hands-on pet sitters. If your pet likes to roll around and play on the floor, play Frisbee in the backyard, listen to you sing her favorite songs, or go for vigorous long walks, we will do it! We want you and your pet(s) to feel "at home" at all times
9. Your pet(s) will be deliciously tired after a play or fit session...A tired pet is a happy pet...and that makes for a happy YOU!
10. We go the extra mile to put your mind at ease. We provide a written log of the day's happenings (with your pet(s) and your home). We are more than happy to e-mail you, send text messages and pictures to your phone or computer, and upload pictures onto our website so all your friends can see your beloved pet(s) enjoy their day!
11. We respect your living environment. We clean up after ourselves at all times. We remove our shoes when we come inside, and we will clean up any accidents your pet(s) may have had while you were gone. Poop scooping during walks and daily litter box scooping is included
