Shadow
Shadow is a friendly cat with soft, beautiful fur, who loves being petted. She is healthy and current on all vaccinations. She loves attention and likes to be held, and she'll purr for hours. Shadow would probably be happy if she was the only cat in the house, but she does seem to get along fine with male cats. Don't pass up this beauty!

Get in touch with us by whatever means works best for you. Since we are often out on pet sit visits, you may find that leaving a voice mail or sending an email are the best forms of communication. We promise to return your calls and messages on the same business day or by noon of the next business day if it is after hours when you call or email (8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday). If you determine that you'd like to meet us, the next step would be to schedule your free initial Meet & Greet Session. We will schedule a convenient time and date for you in order to meet you and your pet(s). The Meet & Greet is where we will go over your paperwork. It's a pretty painless process - we promise!
We'll send your New Client Paperwork to you via email (preferable) or snail mail. We will keep the originals, and you may make a copy of them for your files. It helps if you complete your paperwork before the Meet & Greet so we can keep the meeting focused more on a "Meeting & Greeting" and less on form completing! New Client Paperwork includes the following (forms with a "*" need filled out / the other forms are just for your information):
We keep one house key for everyday use and one key is kept for emergency backup. Please test your keys before we arrive to make sure they work (especially if they are new copies). Once we have them, your keys are coded and kept in a secure location at all times. We recommended you leave your keys on file with us for convenience and cost purposes. This is called our QUICK KEY SERVICE. If keys are left on file we also offer a lock-out service. (If you get locked out of your house we will come let you in - yay!) You can request your keys be returned to you at any time; we will not hold them hostage. However, if keys are not left on file, then we will need to arrange for a key pick-up/return each time service is booked. This can get pricey. If we have to make copies of the keys ourselves, there will also be a $5 charge per key made.
We will also need a copy of your pets' updated proof of Rabies Vaccination.
So ... prior to the Meet & Greet, please have the following things ready:
We will come to your home and spend time getting to know you and your pet(s). Other things we will do include going over your paperwork and picking up your 2 copies of house keys. This is your time to ask us all the questions you feel you need to; we are happy to provide you with as much information as possible. Meet & Greets typically take about a half an hour or a little more.
Since we will have your information on file from that point forward, you will be able to call our office or email us anytime to schedule more visits.
